Late work policy:

No late work will be accepted UNLESS you contact me beforehand. If you’re ill or unable to complete your work for any reason, contact me and ask for an extension. Communication is an important skill to develop! Shoot me an email.

That being said, I might still grade your work if it is turned in before I catch up on grading. Do not flood me with late work at the end of the semester.

Resubmit/Revise:

If you are unhappy with a grade you've received, talk with me, and I might let you revise your work for a better grade. I like to encourage improvement.

Plagiarism:

Plagiarism and cheating will not be tolerated. I will give you a zero on your first instance of

plagiarism or cheating and further academic penalties might be applied.

Personal:

I am a friendly person who is quite animated. I enjoy getting along with my classes, but I will still

fail students even if I like them as people. So please, turn in your work!

AI:

If you choose to use AI in your writing process, make sure you use it as a tool to aid you. Do NOT make it do the work for you entirely. I will take off points for readability if your paper does not make sense.

DO NOT spoof sources with AI for your research paper. I will fail you.
